Q: HOW DO I PURCHASE THE GREATER SELF BOX?...

A: It’s simple! You become a member and have three options depending on how long you’d like to commit to the subscription: Annual Membership (6 boxes per year), Semi-Annual Membership (3 boxes per year), or a Single, One-Time Box (1 box)

Please note: All boxes are on the same delivery schedule regardless of your membership level, which means it will ship around the 15th of the month of the next shipping cycle.

Q: HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?...

A: To log into your account, click on the MY ACCOUNT button in the top right corner of our Homepage, or click HERE. Your username and password will be the one with which you opened your account..

If you are unable to log in, or to reset your password, please first double check the email address and password that you are using.

Q: HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?...
A: You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Reset Password’ link on TheGreaterSelf.com login page.

From this page, input the email address associated with your account and hit the reset button. You will receive an email with reset instructions for your password shortly.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to check your spam folder for the password-reset email if you don’t see it in your inbox right away. Additionally, we recommend adding TheGreaterSelf.com to your email contact list to ensure that important emails land in your inbox and not in the spam folder moving forward.

If you are already logged in, you can change your password at any time by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page and clicking the EDIT button at the bottom of the page.

Q: CAN I CHANGE/UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
A: Yes! To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Log into MY ACCOUNT at TheGreaterSelf.com
2. Click the ADD button under the Shipping Information Section
3. To link your new address to a particular subscription, locate the subscription that you would like to update by scrolling down to view your active subscriptions under the Subscriptions Section
4. Click the EDIT button to the right of the corresponding subscription
5. A dropdown menu will appear. Expand the dropdown menu and select the newly created shipping address to assign to it
6. Click the SAVE button to complete your update!

SHIPPING

Q: I JUST BECAME A MEMBER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BOX?...
A: Our boxes are shipped every other month so once you have joined you will receive your box in the next shipping cycle. For example, if we are shipping in January, then March, and you sign up in February, the first box you will receive is the March box. We do not stagger shipping. We ship all boxes within the same week, around the 15th of every other month.

We offer a 3-week window from when the shipping cycle starts for new members to claim the most current limited edition box as long as supplies are still available. After the 3-week window, a new box will be introduced and its featured brands will be announced.

All of our boxes are limited editions and have been curated and tested by our team of experts.

Q: WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?...
A: We are currently shipping within the United States and Canada only.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?...
A: Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more.

The Greater Self Boxes ship free anywhere in the United States.

For members in Canada, the only additional fee you are responsible for is shipping, which will be based on your location. You will NOT have to pay additional duties or taxes (i.e. GST, HST, PST) for your box.

SUBSCRIPTION

Q: WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?...

A: For an Annual or Semi-Annual membership, your card will be charged one time. There are no auto-renewals for annual memberships at the end of the year.

For a One-Time Box, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Q: HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING INFO?...
A: The Greater Self purchases and renewal payments can be made with either a credit card OR PayPal account.

To pay with CREDIT CARD:
1. Log into MY ACCOUNT at TheGreaterSelf.com
2. Click the EDIT button under the Billing Information section
3. Input your credit card details
4. Click the SAVE button to complete your update

To pay with PayPal:
1. Log into MY ACCOUNT at TheGreaterSelf.com
2. Click the EDIT button under the Billing Information section
3. Scroll down to click the CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL button
4. A separate popup window will open, prompting you to log into your PayPal account

After you click the AGREE & CONTINUE button, the window will close and you will see the following message in The Greater Self Billing Information section:
“Successfully connected PayPal.”

Q: DID MY SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE GO THROUGH AND PROCESS SUCCESSFULLY?...
A: Before you subscribe as a Member of The Greater Self, you will be prompted to create an account with us, which can be accessed any time by going to your MY ACCOUNT page at TheGreaterSelfBoxes.com

Here, you will be able to view any active subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and confirm that your recent purchase has been successfully processed.

Additionally, following your purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you did not receive this, it is likely there was a typo when inputting your email to create your account username.

If you see a change from The Greater Self on your method of payment but you do not see an active subscription in your MY ACCOUNT page, and/or did not receive an order confirmation email, please immediately contact us at: help@thegreaterselfboxes.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?...
A: Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it is considered final and non-refundable.

All The Greater Self purchases are final and non-refundable.

Semi-Annual and Annual members, however, can cancel their The Greater Self subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from auto-renewing. There is no cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTE: By cancelling your subscription with The Greater Self, you are simply preventing it from auto-renewing. This process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any seasonal boxes remaining under your subscription term (whether you are a Semi-Annual or Annual Member) prior to its next renewal date.

A cancellation partway through an Annual Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in their annual term prior to renewal. For example, if your Annual Subscription began (or will begin) with the Fall ’19 Box, you must cancel your subscription prior to _______ to prevent the subscription from renewing the following year.

In this example, an Annual Member who cancels their subscription prior to ______, will still receive the Fall ’19, Winter ’19, Spring ’20, and Summer ’20 boxes that have been prepaid — but will not be further charged.

If you are unsure when your next renewal date is, please email us at: help@thegreaterselfboxes.com and we will answer your questions.

Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each quarterly renewal date. Once a box enters the fulfillment process we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination.
NOTE: I FOUND THIS PART ABOUT RENEWING AND CANCELLING CONFUSING – CAN IT BE SIMPLIFIED SOMEHOW? I AM HAPPY TO ATTEMPT BUT I AM NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND IT WELL ENOUGH TO DO SO…OR, JUST TELL ME THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS FINE WITH IT AND I JUST DON’T READ WELL!
NOTE: If you are uninterested in receiving the upcoming The Greater Self Box, you also have the option to PAUSE your subscription (skip one box). As an Annual Member, pausing your subscription will extend your term and you will still receive 6 boxes in total.

Q: HOW CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?...

Q: CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?...
A: The products in The Greater Self boxes are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you received a damaged product in your box is missing a product, please email our Community Support Team at: help@thegreaterselfboxes.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.

In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages when reaching out to our Community Support Team.

If your box is missing a product, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If The Greater Self support team is not notified within that timeframe, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing item(s) and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of The Greater Self.

GIFTING

Q: CAN I GIFT A GREATER SELF BOX?...
A: The Greater Self Box makes a wonderful gift.

For now, the best way to purchase a gift subscription is to purchase a new subscription and then set the shipping address to your recipient. We are working to make this more seamless for our members in the future.

In order to successfully create a gift subscription, follow these steps:
1. Visit thegreaterselfboxes.com
2. Click the JOIN button in the upper right corner to create a new subscription
3. If you have an existing account already, log into your MY ACCOUNT on thegreaterselfboxes.com home page.
4. Click the JOIN button in the upper right corner to create an additional subscription under your existing billing information
5. Input the address of the recipient during the Shipping section of checkout
6. Complete your purchase

After you give The Greater Self as a gift, you will be billed on an ongoing basis (either Quarterly or Annually)I THOUGHT BILLING WAS ONE TIME UPFRONT FOR THE ENTIRE SUBSCRIPTION until you pause or cancel this subscription. You are welcome to transfer the account information and/or adjust billing information to allow the Giftee to continue their membership, keep it for yourself, or pause or cancel the subscription from your MY ACCOUNT page anytime.

At the moment, we don’t offer single The Greater Self purchases, so if you are hoping to gift a single box, we recommend purchasing a Quarterly Subscription. As long as you cancel at any time before the next billing date, you can prevent your gift subscription from renewing and ensure your Giftee will only receive one box THIS SEEMS TO CONTRADICT WHAT WAS SAID EARLIER ABOUT RECEIVING AN ENTIRE SUBSCRIPTION JUST NO RENEWAL (or four if you created an Annual Subscription)

CBD QUESTIONS

Q: What is CBD?...

A: CBD is one of many compounds, known as cannabinoids that are found in the cannabis plant. Researchers are continuing the investigation into the potential therapeutic uses of CBD and are continually expanding the range of products available.

Q: IS CBD MARIJUANA?...
A: CBD oil is a cannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant. Until recently, the most well known compound in cannabis was delta-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is the most active ingredient in marijuana. Marijuana contains both THC and CBD, but both compounds have different effects.
Q: HOW DOES CBD WORK?...

A: All cannabinoids, including CBD, attach themselves to certain receptors in the body to produce their effects. The human body produces certain cannabinoids on its own. It has two receptors for cannabinoids, called CB1 receptors and CB2 receptors. CB1 receptors are found all around the body, but many of them are in the brain.

The CB1 receptors in the brain deal with coordination and movement, pain, emotions and mood, thinking, appetite, and memories, among others. THC attaches to these receptors.

CB2 receptors are more common in the immune system. They affect inflammation and pain.

Prior thoughts were that CBD acts on these CB2 receptors, but it appears now that CBD does not act on either receptor directly. Instead, it seems to influence the body to use more of its own cannabinoids.

Q: IS CBD LEGAL?...
A: Yes. CBD Oil is legal in all of the United States if it contains less then 0.3% THC.

The United States Farm Bill legalizes Hemp and Hemp-Based Products which contain less than 0.3% THC. Our lab tests and certifications provide proof that our product is high quality, legal CBD Oil.

In all 50 states, CBD Oil that is 0.3% THC or less is legal to buy, sell, and consume. CBD Oil containing more THC than this is legal in some states, but not all.
Also, in a handful of states, such as Kansas, Hemp derived CBD Oil with less than 0.3% CBD Oil is legal. However, Marijuana derived CBD Oil (CBD Oil that comes from Marijuana) is NOT legal, even if it contains less than 0.3% THC
CBD stands for Cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring chemical that exists in many plants in nature. Cannabidiol is in a class of naturally occurring chemicals called Cannabinoids.
THC stands for Tetrahydrocannabinol. Tetrahydrocannabinol is another natural chemical in the Cannabinoid class. Tetrahydrocannabinol is the chemical in Marijuana that causes people to get high.

Q: IS CBD MARIJUANA?...
A: No. CBD is NOT marijuana. Marijuana is NOT CBD. CBD is short for Cannabidiol. CBD is a natural compound that is in both marijuana and hemp. THC exists only in trace amounts in Hemp.
